Where it's stored

Database in PostgreSQL. Recordings + documents in Cloudflare R2 (region: replace).

Sub-processors

Cloudflare (R2), OpenAI (embeddings + LLM), your chosen SIP carrier.

Retention

Recordings default 90 days, configurable per tenant.
