A voice agent that holds a conversation, not a script
Build an agent that speaks natural Hebrew, knows what its job is, and is connected to your systems โ so it can ask, update, and hand over to a person when it should.
What an agent is made of
A role, not a script
You define its purpose and the limits of what it covers โ and it holds a conversation instead of reading out a decision tree.
It knows your material
Give it information about the business, the services and the prices โ and it answers only from that, without inventing.
It performs actions
Saves a message, books a callback, updates a lead, transfers to an agent โ it does not only talk.
Inbound and outbound
Answers calls that come in, or dials a list โ the same agent, both directions.
Every call is documented
A recording, a transcript and a summary for every call it handled โ including what it decided and why.
Cost you can see
Every call is measured as it happens โ how long it spoke, what it cost. No surprises at the end of the month.
What separates an agent that works from one that annoys
The difference is not the model, it is the boundaries. An agent that knows exactly what its job is, what it may promise, and when to hand over to a person sounds professional. An agent trying to answer everything invents information, and that is what the customer will remember.
So every agent here is defined with a scope, sources of information from you, and a list of actions it is allowed to take. What it does not know, it says it does not know and passes on, instead of making it up.
And why cost transparency matters: a call with a voice agent costs real money every minute. We measure each call separately and show its cost, so you know what is paying for itself and what is not.
- Defined by role, not by a rigid script
- Answers only from your own material
- Performs actions and hands over to a person when needed
- Cost measured and shown for every call
FAQ
How long does it take to set up an agent?+
A basic agent โ an hour. You define the role, the scope and an opening line. Connecting systems and internal knowledge takes longer, depending on what you want it to know.
Can it pretend to be a person?+
No. The agent introduces itself, and if asked directly whether it is a machine it answers honestly. That is also a condition in our terms of service.
What happens when it does not know?+
It says so and transfers to a person, or takes details for a callback. A partial answer beats an invented one.
Can we connect it to our system?+
Yes โ a REST API, MCP for AI agents, and webhooks. The agent can read and update systems during the call.
What does it cost?+
Per minute or part of a minute. Every call is measured separately and you can see its exact cost in the console.
